Privacy policy
This page is maintained by Health Companion and describes our current practices. Last updated 2026.
What you write in the apps
The entries you make in a Health Companion journal — symptoms, appointments, medications, notes and questions — are your personal records. We do not sell them, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not share them with employers, insurers or data brokers.
Information collected on this website
If you join the email list, we store the email address you provide so we can tell you when an app launches. If you submit the healthcare organization form, we store the name, organization, role, email, phone number, interest and message you send so we can respond. We use this information only to reply to you and to send the updates you asked for. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@healthcompanion.app.
Service providers
We use third-party hosting and infrastructure providers to operate this website and store form submissions. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Children
Our apps and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not medical advice
Health Companion apps are journaling and organization tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your own healthcare professionals.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, we will update this page. Questions are welcome at support@healthcompanion.app or through our support page.
