By using the Health Companion website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the business grows; the version posted here is the one that applies.
Products and orders
Companion journals are educational and organizational products. Prices, availability and shipping estimates are shown at the time of ordering and may change before an order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment taken.
Organization and bulk orders
Bulk editions are produced to an agreed specification and shipment schedule. Minimum quantities and volume pricing are confirmed in writing before an order is placed.
Intellectual property
The content, layouts, page designs and brand of the companion journals are owned by Health Companion. You may use a journal for your own personal or program use; you may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.

Nothing on this site or in a companion journal is medical advice. See our medical disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Health Companion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
